Cancellation/Refund Policies
Welcome to Kapcho Web Solutions (hereinafter referred to as “Kapcho,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The following Cancellation/Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to all services provided by Kapcho, including but not limited to web development, digital marketing, and other online services (collectively, the “Services”).
Cancellation by Kapcho
Kapcho reserves the right to cancel any project or service at any time for any reason. In the event of a cancellation by Kapcho, we will refund any payments made by the client for the cancelled project or service.
Cancellation by Client
If a client wishes to cancel a project or service, they must do so in writing via email to [email protected]. The effective date of the cancellation will be the date on which the email is received by Kapcho.
The following cancellation fees will apply, based on the stage of the project or service at the time of cancellation:
- If the project or service has not yet begun: no cancellation fee
- If the project or service has begun but is not yet complete: 50% of the total project or service fee
- If the project or service is complete: no refund will be given
Refunds
In the event that a client is dissatisfied with the quality of work provided by Kapcho and wishes to request a refund, they must do so in writing via email to [email protected]. Kapcho will review the request and determine, at its sole discretion, whether a refund is warranted.
Changes to the Policy
Kapcho reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time and in our sole discretion. Any changes to the Policy will be effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to access or use the Services after the changes come into effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Policy. If you do not agree to the revised policy, please stop using the Services.
